Anybody with the knowledge of very lightweight pilot busts?Has to be civillian.

Maybe Martin form the Czech Republic can help you out?
He made me some beautifully detailed and very(!) light pilot busts:
(these are military busts, but he also makes cilvilian busts)

I print my own usually about 0.5g for peanut size, just done a female one
