Title: FMA Ae C1
Post by: dputt7 on Jan 16, 2026, 04:46 PM
Hi  This is an FMA Ae C1 Triplaza (3 seater ) it was the first aircraft totally built and designed in Argentina in 1931.  The model was built from plans by Jose Guindani who has a good selection of model plans on Outer Zone. If you search OZ by his name you will find them. Well worth a look!
I enlarged the model from it's original 16" to 25" to make it easier for me to build ;D   The model has not yet flown.

Yellow and red go so well together.  Beautiful subject matter and so historically important.

Good looking aircraft. I wonder if you will find yourself explaining to people that it is not an Aispeed Courier, though a closer inspection reveals that it isn't.
