I would like to thank George and anyone else involved in achieving this magnificent result.

The credit is entirely Γιώργο's and his (so far anonymous) technical Guru.
Yes amazing job by George to create this in just a few days...
George had the perfect idea! And everybody has to support it.
Can't wait until it's full of knowledge! Being a rookie on FF, such a database of ideas, techniques, etc is more than valuable and it was a dissapontment when I saw the original being shut down!
Poking around and I find that I have the material to reconstruct my Hillson FH40 retrospective thread pretty much as it was on HPA II. Is anyone interested? I'm conscious of the fact that some of the material here so far is just rehashes of my stuff and would hate to bore everyone.

I am interested and doubt if I would be bored
I think it's good see some of these builds back. They are both interesting and a useful reference for anyone contemplating anything similar
OK. I'll finish off the tail-plane for the C5 first then reinstate the FH-40 retrospective. Assuming MrsL doesn't find me something more "productive" to do. :)
I would like to add my thanks to George and his team - I have missed this forum!
Just had a thought. I wonder if the HPA2.0 members' list still exists? If so, perhaps we might ask Bruce to send an email to them to let all those members know that this is up and running,
Very well done George.
Pleased to see some of my favourite contributors to the old HPA signing up here.
New Walt Mooney Cookup Re-posting Dec 31 2025
Believe it or not, I was actually just mentioning to Bruce a short while ago, that we have to somehow get back Pete Fardell's All Time Greatest Walt Mooney Cookup during the Covid epidemic ... and now I see that George has that very topic started! Thanks for that George. And thanks George for helping me get logged in yesterday! and thanks for starting the new HPA site.
I did not contribute to that Cookup - I was building another model - but I really enjoyed all of it - especially learning the incredible diversity of the different models and their names.
