.Is there a list of posts or say the last 50 or so. I regularly check Unread Posts and sometimes I find a recent topic that I've not seen before, so do Unread Posts only show the last 10 or so or how do I miss out. Dave
Hi Dave,
yes there is, and even better...
If you go to the bottom of the forum, you should see the HPA-Info center table
recent.jpg
There you will se the line
"View the most recent posts on the forum"
Click on it and you will see the last 100 messages, spread in 10 pages of 10 messages each.
If you want to do this regularily, just save the page and everytime you go there you will see the actual recent ones.

Let me know if that suits you please

The last 100 posts feature would be more helpful if it appeared in the Stats box at the top left of every page rather than just at the foot of the Forum page.
Do you think that might be possible?
Thanks George that is exactly what I was looking for and Jeremy's idea is good too, as long as it doesn't entail more work for you. Thanks again.
Hi George. Thanks for all you efforts.

To be honest, all along, ... this senior kept missing that "last 100 posts feature" at the bottom myself. :-[ :-[ Only a couple of weeks ago did I finally see it - I knew in the back of my mind it was there ....

Hi all,
I did a search and tried the "simple"settings to see if it is possible to bring this line up as well, I could not find an easy way.
Sure it is possible, for someone with more knowledge / time to look into it. Not me at the moment though.
However, the solution is simple as already stated.
You already have a favorite (shortcut or whatever) to go to the forum.
Make another one that takes you directly to the recent posts.
You might even choose to use that one as a standard way to view the forum.
George
Thanks for checking for the "easier" way. I'm sure I am not the only one who thinks you have more than enough to do.
