HPA

A couple of years back I posted a question about a plan for a built-up version of the Cloud Tramp on HPA #2. I was asking if anyone had a copy of the plan. I was doing a search on my computer for something else related to the Cloud Tramp and up it popped. For some unknown reason I had saved it to a separate folder from the build article. Since it isn't truly my design, I'm not sure about adding it to the plans gallery. The designer, Jim Norfolk, has passed away, so he can't do it. Should I add it?

Yes or no, I'm glad to have found it. I may be one of very few people that still has a copy and I'd like for it be available somewhere other than my computer.

I see no reason why it shouldn't be on the plans area
