Had no problem registering, and am SOOOO glad that George has stepped in to (re)create this site.

I have communicated with Bruce today and he is understandably down in the dumps about the whole schmear.  Give him some slack, he'll be back.

It's sad that Bruce, after a valiant effort to revive the original HipPocket Forum ran into difficulties in his new version. He put enormous amount of time and hard work into providing us with a unique modelling forum.  We owe him a big thanks for his efforts and realize what a great loss of valuable data and plan archives has occurred. 
Perhaps this material could be retrieved and incorporated into this forum.

I'm afraid this won't be possible, see the edited fragment of an e-mail Bruce sent me below.  This is why Γιώργο created this place. It's also why Squirrelnet, Γιώργο, myself and some others have been restoring what we can of our recent threads on "old" HPA.

But yes, Bruce does deserve our thanks for keeping HPA afloat.

It is with regret to say that I will not be recovering the forum from this last situation. I have, for a number of concurrent reasons, lost all my Forum and website data. Nothing can be done, I can't recover.
