Articles to go with plans

I was intending to do a poll for this, but while I know how to change the message icon to allow that, I haven't worked out how to insert a poll into my post and a quick forum search didn't reveal a solution!

Anyway, the issue is that while working through the Outdoor Rubber plans and starting the restoration of that segment of the Plans Gallery, I noticed that accompanying articles were dealt with in two ways in the old Plan Gallery:
1.  The PDF of the plan also included the article; or
2.   The article was a separate PDF from the Plan.

In the latter case, there was ISTR a field in the uploading form in HPA2 that allowed an additional document to be uploaded as an attachment.  I haven't found an equivalent facility in the current plan gallery.

If someone can tell me how to attach a separate article to an upload so the plan and the article are in the one Gallery entry but are separate downloads, I propose in this case to combine the plan and the article into one PDF, if I can.

Do people have any problems with this way of proceeding?

Sorry, no, but either the portmanteau PDF you suggest or a zip file would be acceptable to me. 

I'd prefer a zip file because it's easier for me handle printing the plan sheet(s) separately from any article or notes, but you're the one doing the donkey work so I'll take whatever you provide and be grateful.

From the very start I have disabled the poll creation option. Not sure if it would be needed. Maybe I should run a poll on that first 

Personally as a user I would prefere everything to be in one file, but I would also be fine with a separate plan and article file, as long as they have identical names of course and end with plan-article...

If editing them together to one PDF is not a major issue, do that. Either way is welcome, the important thing is to have the plans in the gallery and thanks for continuing that task after your fair share of Aeromodeller.
