Fokker DVII in wall foam and printed tissue

Not sure if it would work but I have been using Hefty Trays (trays not plates).  The foam is about 1/16" and is pretty stiff.  When you cut the outer rim you get a 9" oval flat piece.  The trays end up costing about 26 cents each.  At Walmart they are about $5.60 for 20. I use it to make ribs and formers and it works great.  Just an idea.

All three of my 36" towline gliders' vertical and horizontal stabilizers are made from foam plates, trays or the flat tops of carryout containers. The material is excellent.
