Different G. :)

One of the blokes at Trinity refurbishes CO2 motors and has been known to make his own, including copies of Gasparin's, and a 3 cylinder Y sounds, to me, like the sort of challenge he'd be up for.

Different Gs, as Lurk already replied.

Gerard is the Trinity guy an quite a craftsman. Indeed a challenge he will most probably accept and succeed at.

As for Gasparin motors, they are still being made by Jiri, at the link Spiros posted.

I have not asked G but I will ...if he hasn't read this already ;) 

Quite a task with a tricky multi-cylinder crank??? It could be made using existing cylinders and top end from the GM300 but that's a lot of work

I have discovered these are still available from http://www.old-engine-model.com/en/gasparin-co2-engines/  so I have ordered one
