Error

CSRF check failed .

= ?????

Trying to upload Airborne 63 and I keep getting this error !

Even making it a zip file does not help !

g_kandylakis

I do not understand, can you make a screen shot of the error message as it appears?

The previous 2 issues have been uploaded and validated with no problems.

old4570

Message is as follows :

  ERROR .......

CSFR check failed = Reason for error !

Every time I try to upload No 63 .. Rather than reporting a upload , I get :

 ERROR

 CSFR check failed

 I don't understand either ?

CSRF ...........

Yes, by the looks of it you forgot to choose the category before uploading.

Has happened to me too. All items must be properly defined.

I saw it up and validated it so you probably found it or did it right regardless.

Hmmmmmmm ...  I have made about 10 attempts with  No 63 ..

And doing exactly the same thing with the other uploads seemed to work . ( First time )

 61 70 71 , first attempt no issues ..  63 gets rejected ?

Category - Magazine , since there is no Airborne section .

17 more issues on my HDD .

Hi "Old",

are you still having problems?

I see you are still uploading, at a slow pace though. I do not know if this is your pace or a result of problems.

In any case, there is now a category for the magazine title as well

Hi "Old",

good to see someone saving Airborne, I have 110 pdf files of my issues that I have personally scanned, perhaps we can collaborate to make this a good collection?

Hi Dino, welcome to the forum.

110 sounds like a lot of issues. Worth organizing them in some kindd of order like Aeromodeller, perhaps on a year basis.

It is important to start with a consistent naming system so that they can be displayed in some proper order.

Once finalized the names can be changed even for the uploaded ones so no worries...

Airborne Magazine was published on a Number system ..
Issue No 01 and so forth ..

I don't know how it was originally , but these issues cover 2 months ( I think ) as I only have a few .

 Just uploaded No 95  .

PS /  Airborne is a Australian Publication that was sold in Australia / New Zealand  .
Well , was as it went under quite some time ago .

If you have issues to share ( Deanl ) , please do !  You would not be stepping on my toes .  I think of all the old modeling magazines as historical documents that should be saved . And the best way to save them is to share them .

I will try to upload No63 again and see what happens ..

old4570

Nope - No 63 is throwing up the same error !
I wonder if a I can re publish/print it pdf ? hmmmmm .

old4570

63 update ..

I went online and compressed it and looks to have uploaded ..

Compressed the PDF ..  So in effect , re published as a pdf file .

DeanI

I have given it a go with issue 01, following the advice posted by George.
See how it goes.....

1 July - Uploads are failing ... Or hanging / failing to complete .
For some reason ..

old4570

Oh dear !  A browser issue ........
Downloaded a new browser ( Brave ) and looks to be working !
