Introduce yourself

     Greetings modelling fanatics.      My name is Richard,  and User name Lastwoodsman.   I really only got into rubber power balsa modelling about 13 years ago (I'm 69 now),  with a laser cut Guillow's 24" Nieuport Biplane.   I went from Virtual Aerodrome,  to Sick and Tissue,  and then to Hip Pocket Aeronautics web sites,  learning lots all along the way,  and getting hooked on flying.

     It is great to see all the guys joining this new site,  HPA.   I will be continuing my  detailed build thread/kit review  of my Dumas  30"  Beaver build where I left off,  and I will try to post some old pics/replies too that are now lost in the old Beaver thread when Hip went down for good Nov 26 2025,  along with Stick and  Tissue (Ithink).

     Many thanks to George getting this HPA site going.   It is a hard thing to do,  and  hard to keep going,  what with all of the internet problems of today,  with large corporations,  hospitals,  etc losing all their data ....
