Pic #1     4209     Here is a bunch of flights.   All ten flights were 5 to 6 seconds on 200 finger winds.    I did experiment with right wing tip clay weight to open the tight circle more,  which was a mistake,  it was actually fine where it was.

Pic #3     4216     Nice landing in the cut grass.   The grass height is still good after cutting,  but the ground is getting harder and the grass is not pure emerald anymore.

It's curious that you have so many strands break when you are nowhere near full winds.  What are you using to lubricate the motors? 
I'm sure the North American members can tell you a good brand of lube to use - some things that have been suggested in the past turned out to weaken the rubber, but a good silicon grease works pretty well in my experience and it does help keep the motor in good order and wind and unwind smoothly.

  It may help if the motor is stretch wound even with only 200 winds or so. A universally available winder is a hand drill with a suitable hook. Make sure you put a 90 deg. bend in the end that goes into the chuck so the hook can't pull out.
